 Called in to the automated system and was declined a cli due to  not enough activity.  Called the backdoor number and spoke to a rep and asked for 3500, she gave me 2400.  Still hapyy was my lowest CL. Love GE and use backdoor number for cli's so they can counter offer no matter what.
