Re: JCPENNY CLI' S HARD OR SOFT PULL

I'd recommend waiting 4 statement cycles at a minimum.

Hi Tray. A JCP CLI is a soft pull. You can go on their website and request a CLI. However, if I were you I would wait a few more months.

[ Edited ]

I opened my JC Penney account at the begining of March.  I applied at my local store and was approved for $800.00   I've used it lightly since then off and on.  For the last couple of months I've not used it at all.

Yesterday, I decided to  try for a CLI online.   I clicked the button on the website and was given an increase of $ 1,000.00.  I now have a CL of $1800.00 :smileyvery-happy: I then went to check my credit reports and did not notice a hard inquiry.

I say go for it, of course that is just my opinion.
