Applied for Jcpenny's card online recieved the we will contact you in seven to ten days response. I burned them about eleven years ago and included them in a BK. They are no longer on my CR plus I recently got approved for a Wallmart card so I figured what the heck and applied since both are under GEMB. Does Jcpenny's blacklist you once you have burned them? Do they give second chances?
