JCPenney & Shell AUs

My mom recently added me as an AU to her JCP and Shell accounts (they are her oldest w/the highest CL/lowest util).  She did this in late May.  Her JCP acct closes around the 5th of the month (she has zero bal), but as of today, my reports aren't reflecting her accounts.

 

Any ideas?  When I added DH to my Shell acct, the TL appeared on his reports the day after the statements closed...

I opened my Jc Pennys acct in Dec 08. I added my wife the day i recieved the card as joint .The new acct didnt hit either of our reports til feb 09..
