JCpenney new CL not reported

Quick question, last month they reported on the 30th.. its the second and still shows my old CL and the last date updated as 9/30.

 

Any idea if it just hasnt been updated or if it wont be due to inactivity? This card is heavily inactive but always seems to report monthly. The new CL will help with my UTIL which is why I ask.

I got a CLI last month (about 4 weeks) from JCP but they have not reported yet.

FICO Scores: EX 744 (Quizzle), myFICO EQ 649, myFICO TU 671

Use the card and it will report the new CL.
