Joint Secured card not reporting on both?

Hi there,

My husband and I have a joint secured card we opened 2 months ago. It is through 5th 3rd bank.

 

It is reporting on his experian but not mine?

 

Is there any way to change this???

Hi and Welcome to the forums,

 

Contact the CCC, and ask if there is a reason why, this CC is not reporting your EX CR?

 

It may just be a timing issue, meaning your husband info just went thru faster, then your did.
