So i was looking around the capital one credit cards and i found this...
I know they had a regular student visa card before i guess they decided to switch it too this one?
I know, I have Student Reward then one month later they switched to Journey.
APR is much lower compared to Student Reward (24.9% ---> 19.9%). Reward wise, that 25% bonus cashback seems to be awarded on annual basis. No 2% cashback on books, restaurant, telephone bill, and entertainment. Personally, I think the reward system has been downgraded (hence why APR has been downgraded).
Also Cap 1 seems to lower its credit standard. They used to say excellent credit means having a CC for 5 years and a CC with 10K or above credit limit. Now they changed it to having a CC for 3 years and a CC with 5K or above credit limit.
