Juniper CC

Hey All

Hearts here... Got approved last year around December for the Juniper card.  I didn't apply, it was preapproved.  Gave me a $750 credit line/ 11.99% interest rate.  I BT'd $650 from another card because believe it or not, interest rate was much lower.  I am paying it down and should have it paid off by May.

Question.  I was thinking that once I paid the $500 off that I owe on this card, that I would do another BT and put $750 on it so that I can get my Applied Card Bank Visa paid off.  I want to close the Applied Card Visa but I have had it for a couple of years.  Would that hurt my score if I close it.

Thanks

Re: Juniper CC

It's only going to hurt your scores if it hurts your UTL-

It could hurt long term if it is your oldest CC.

Re: Juniper CC

Junny is a fickled master... if you have Junny you may want to go for WaMu.  I would not put all my eggs in a Junny basket for sure.  Always have a backup.

Re: Juniper CC

I pulled a fast one- on Junny

I Closed my Junny Plat-
Then called Junny Seamiles asked for a CLI- and they added the CL from the closed plat and the closed Emigrant (from junny mania)to my Seamiles-

Now a 10K CL on 1 card w/ Juniper.

Re: Juniper CC

How long before you can ask for CLI or is it automatic?  I haven't had any problems with them yet, but then I just make payments, I don't make any purchases.
