So I have two cards with Juniper Bank and really wanted another rewards card I have a US Airways cl $5,000, Juniper Platinum cl, $3,000. I travel a lot and decided to take the plunge for the Best Western Card. I apped on line and was given the need more time message. I called the back door number immediately and a specialist verified my income and such. She placed me on hold, then came back on the line and said "although we cannot extend additional credit to you because your, US Airways is so new, we can offer you the Best Western Card and move some of your cl from other cards to this account". I said great as I pay in full and wanted a rewards card for traveling. So I moved the cl from the platinum to the Best Western and I was a happy camper. So moral of the story is never give up on the cards you really want. A lot of people have had difficulty with this company but I have been very lucky I guess.
Congrats, as with all companies, YMMV

I did a similar thing npot too long ago with a USAirways to LLbean.
when they offered me the LLBean it was to decrease my USAirways CL, not bad I thought and asked what the APR would be.. well, what they told me then and what it became when the card came was about 5 points higher. Bottom line... I cancelled the LLbean (the apr was even higher than the USAirways) and I also pay in full all the time and they could not (would not) reprice either account.
look for the APR and make sure you are not losing out just to get a card with perks.
