I'm in the process of buying a house and I'm expecting to close next Thursday. Is it worthy to have an Inquiry before I close?

Someone else will have to answer that question.  I've never bought a house and haven't dealt with that arena...

I will note though, that as of today, my EQ increased 12 points from the new account.  I'm glad this worked to kick my score a little bit.  Now to see how far I can push things up.

I would wait until after closing to get any new inquiries.  Just to be on the safe side, lenders are so skiddish these days, you don't want anything to delay your home purchase.
