Just Applied for Addison Avenue Visa!!!! Got no instant approval!!!!

Yes, it was. I'm glad they didn't give me instant approved. They didn't me any reason for the denial.  It's probaly I owed $23K credit card debt last August.  Two months ago, I paid it off my last two BofA credit cards. My utilization went down from 4% to 1%. I just pulled triple report from MPM and I owed $1900 on my credit cards. This year, I don't have any auto loan and I paid it off last October.  I don't know what my Experian score is. It should be similar to my TU. The TU FICO score was 748 as of last month.

I applied for the Platinum Visa on 6/30/10-application was pending for about 2 weeks-finally got an approval the 3rd week-15K-received the card on 7/23/10.

I think you should be OK. Please, keep in mind that they are slow and they are about to merge with another CU which makes them even slower.

How are Addison Avenue and First Tech (their merger partner) for BK friendliness and dinged credit?

I ask because I'm employer eligible for First Tech.

I just called to check the status of the application and it was denied. The reason was too many accounts was recently opened in 2010.  I'm not going to apply for any more card from them. They're tough.

Sorry to hear it, they do not like you for some reason. Have u considered to call for reconsideration?
