An email telling me I'm "Invited to apply" doesn't mean anything like "pre approved," correct?
Got invited to apply email for Playstation VISA I already have several Capital One cards, although I read on here I think that the Playstation co-branded doesn't count toward the Capital One card maxiumum limit.
