Just applied for Wells Fargo Cash Back Visa!!!!

I applied for Wells Fargo Rewards Visa. It is my last one. It came back with the following:

I didn't instantly approved. What are my chances?

They probably need to ask you a few questions to verify who you are and perhaps ask questions are items in your credit report.  If they didn't give you an automatic "sorry we cannot extend and offer to you at this time spiel", then your chances are probably good for an approval.

Had the same thing a year ago with a pre approval on their website took a day or to got a email I was approved

Usually if you have a checking account with them, they will approve you. But honestly, if i were in your situation I would hope they decline because there's not really any benefits to the card after 6months. I'm only keeping my since it's my oldest credit line.
