I just applied for the Chase freedom and got :

Any helpful hints on what I should do? Should i call the back door # or wait and see what happens?

+++1 my mom got the same answer for Hyatt VISA Siggy and was approved 7 days later, call them and let us know outcome

Yep, just like everyone said...call them.

Same thing happened to me.  I called within 5 minutes of getting that same message 

Oh and I got approved!

I've got the same messages all 3times when I apped for all my Chase cards, called them right away and all ended up being just verifying my info and ba'am... all approved!  Gluck and keep us updated, we're pulling for ya!

Call... let us know what happened... this card has been on my  "I Need It" list .. just waiting for new accounts to age and inquiries to fall off.

Sadly I was denied. They said they don't see enough of credit history rebuild....and that  my current secured CC with a CL of 1,000.00 I've only had for 10 months.
