Just converted My Citi Cash Returns Platinum into World MC!!!!

I checked around the website. I found out they have Cit Cash Returns World MC. So I called Citi Customer service to find out to see if they have it. He told me it took 51 days  to complete the conversion.  I will get a new number for the World MC. I should have asked for Elite World MC instead.

You have 51 days to change your mind so you can always just call and ask before they switch your account numbers.

Sorry, but Citi stopped offering the Cash Returns CC in World Elite some time ago, the only upgrade is the World Mastercard. The reason I know this is B/C I attempted to PC my Dividend CC VIA EO!

I already have Citi Dividend Elite MC with EMV. I don't think I want another one. He wasn't sure they are going to give World MC or Elite MC.
