Just recieved DISCOVER IT card....

Hey guys my dw just recieved her card....
With all this discover craziness how should she go with getting cli ... Should she start hitting the luvbutton every three weeks??... Or does she need to have the card for six months first before doing cli??..

I've had the card for less than 2 months and have never been successful with the luv button. I think I've tried at least 6 times (including today). THis Saturday will be 2 months since I opened it.  I'll try again then.

First 60 days was a no go for CLI. Called in three times and online once and no dice. I proceeded to BT to 95% utilization and on the 61st day, they auto increased me by $750.

I did an online chat with a Discover rep yesterday and asked "How long do I have to have the card before I request a credit increase?"  Her response was "three months".  Well, my third statement was issued yesterday, so I tried (via credit increase request button) and was immediately denied.  Seems to be hit or miss....maybe they just want to keep the forum guessing?  LOL
