I got FR'd by AMEX six months ago and finally have peeked my head out from the shame of losing a card (long story - believe me).
Now, I just sit back and wait 5-7 business days for them to tell me something. I'm not even sure what. Ugh

Could you share the reason Amex pulled an FR on you so we can learn from your experience?
