A denial letter always says Inqs within a 12 month window... Never seen it say 24 months.
Yea I didn't pay any attention to the number stated, just the "too many inquiries" part....LOL!
But I put in for a CLI for one of my GECRB cards and the denial definitely says "Too many inquiries last 12 months", so yep you are correct.
Glad I asked. Unlike most of you I was only posting the last 12 months, thinking those were the relevant ones. Maybe for clarity we should post like 13/4 or 13~4... something like that. The difference for me between 12 and 24 months is huge.

Inquiries or Months??
Another example of why "Just so we're all on the same page" may be an impossible goal.
Good reply! The number of inquiries may contain five to ten inquiries from the same location, such as Cap One, HSBC, ect., all looking for perspective applicants (victims)
so how many inquiries in a 12 month period are too many inquiries and start affecting new app or CLI approvals in a negative way?
