I heard that Sterling (Kay and Jared) give CLIs every 10 months.  Did it just so happen to fall around that same time???

Hmmmmm. I applied online and haven't gotten any increases.  Do you think the employees are checking off a special button during the in store app? I am starting to think so. 

I would like to see some more responses on this!!
