I have had a Kays card for 1yr now, $7600 limit.
Spent $1200 intitially, when card was opened, and that has been paid off in full.
Card has a $0 balance as we speak.
How do I go about getting a CLI for a larger amount? In store only? via phone?
Also, does Kays do SP CLI or is only a HP?

In general, what has been the average increase amount?
Rather than wait around for people on here to reply with what may be correct information or not, why don't you just call Kay credit department and ask what their policy is. Seems like the easiest way to get the answer.

well similar to why Macy's ALWAYS says it will be a HP and nearly 98% of all posts on Myfico back up it's actually a SP but in the case of Kay... it's a HP unless the policy has changed recently.

+1. I would never rely 100% on CSRs as I've been given different information all the time. That's why this forum exists based on members sharing info from their experiences.

Last I recall, a friend of mine had this card and it was HP for a CLI.
In my experience with them it was a HP... Credit analyst stated that " any customer iniated credit increase requests resulted in HP".... sure as s*&t, a HP showed up on monitoring... YMMV
