Kay jewelers - husband denied for Unable to verify employment.

Is there anything we can do? My husband has had the same job for 11 years, it is listed on his CRs and the only reason for denial is Unable to verify employment!

Can he fax them a report of a W-2? I think that would work.

Looks like going back to the store with a paystub and DL should work.   You may still want to call the CS number to make sure this info is still good.

Just call the number on the Letter you got or take a pay stub into a local kay i went though this same thing recently. took it in they had the wrong work number on file and got approved in store

As others have stated, go into local Kay store with docs.  Have someone from the store call in and if they have to confirm anything else with DH, provide cell phone and wait for call in store.  My situation was a little different when I received my account...had a FA at the time.
