Kohl's Charge CLI?

Hi Everyone!

I havent been able to find my answer to this on past discussions. Is Kohl's now doing HP's for CLI's?

My Kohl's CLI last month (9/12) was SP.  The CSR mentioned that it could go in either direction depending on your profile.  IIRC, someone else mentioned that HPs typically can occur for newer accounts.

They say it might be HP. They told me I'm ineligible on the new acct until it hits 6 months.
