I read that the Kohl's Dept Store card is issued by Capital One.... Is this still true???? If so, do they do the triple pull for the Kohl's Dept Store like they do for their CC's????

It WAS true, but is NOW backed by Chase.
I can't tell you about who they pull since I got my Kohl's card when they administered their own - before Capital One started administering them.

Actually, it currently is Capital One now. Chase did before Capital One. I am not sure if they pull all three reports, or not. Hopefully, someone else can chime in on that aspect.
