I went from 300 to 1000, they actually said it was waiting for me to ask. That was last year (May). Right before they started saying they weren't granting ANY CLIs while they were doing some kind of work, that lasted months I guess. It's probably still going on but you can call, they won't HP to tell you they're not doing them.
I haven't read of any CLIs on Kohls lately but I could have missed them. Like I said, they'll tell you if it's a possibility. They also told me they weren't allowed to HP for a CLI request. But they can say anything if they're not sure of the rules, so I took that info with a grain of salt.
Remember to report back what you find out!
The day they start giving cli they should bump those cardholders that been patiently wating and give them a good cli to the $2k range for US not closing the acct for not giving cli while they were reviewing accts. Seriosuly.
any updates on kohls CLI's? I might call today and ask again. this card is my lowest limit i mean lowest only $500 compared to my chase cards at $5k. I would be happy with anything over $2000 for this card.
I called last week & got the same song and dance..... "We're updating our systems"...... Please let me know what they say! I'm tired of this $300 CL.

Are they getting merged to Citi with the Best Buy Cards or something? I was told Aug-Oct. timeframe for that to happen and they are in a holding until then basically.

Kohls' portfolio was purchased from Chase and is currently managed by Capital One. I believe you are getting the above mixed up. Best Buy's portfolio was purchased by Citi. Citi expects to have the Best Buy CC conversion completed during 3Q/4Q.
They are backed by Capital One if that tells you anything
