As many of you know, the RBS Kroger credit cards have been sold to US Bank. The 1-2-3 website is closed, and the enrollment for US Bank starts Monday, November 8.
Today I discovered that the link to US Bank works, and I was able to setup my account. It takes quite a few steps, and there seem to be lots of options. So, for those who want to avoid the rush on Monday, you can do it now.
Thanks jaysdad,
that's nice to know
we have usbank checking, savings, and overdraft - so I'll peek in and see if I can add the card
btw - I've noticed that Exp and as of today, Eq, have this account listed as closed and sold on DH's reports
Thanks for the heads up! I was able to add my card. But I'm dissappointed with the site due to no CLI button.
jaysdad, what a great heads up!
Thanks so much for letting us know.
Just got signed up...not so bad...so now I'm good to go with 'em.
Thanks again!!

Oh, no.....I hope this doesnt mean they're going to be issuing a new card and thus adding a new account to credit repoprts!!
I just went through that with Old Navy when they upgraded me to Visa. Although I was assured (numerous times) "nothing about reporting would change', the store card reported as closed and the Visa reported as a new account.
I'm trying to get my AAoA back to 5, so I sure don't need another account reporting as 'new'!!

I hear ya.
pu-leez pu-leez pu-leez - I am crossing my fingers........
There is a CLI request form in the Customer Service section.
You have to select >Customer Service Center>Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options>123 Rewards Card>Credit Limit Increase
Then you get a form to request a CLI.

Thanks! Is there anyone who would like to be the first to see if its a soft or hard inquiry for a CLI?
I just logged on to my US Bank account for kicks to see what the CLI's are. They range from $500-7500. Not sure if a CLI is a soft or hard inquiry. I have more than enough so I didn't pull the trigger. ( truth be told, I was chicken )
The 1-2-3 Log In no longer works. Anyone have the direct link to convert the card?
