Well, I was under my account and the chat bubble popped up saying "can i help you" and i was like hmm....let me see if if there are any upgrade/PC offers for my Green or Delta Gold...and here's the current chat..

Question is...Have you guys even heard of Delta Employee AMEX card? I used to work for Delta back in college for 5years, but there's no way that I'm eligible for this type.

LOL. I forgot you had Delta Amex Gold. But the benefits aren't any different than your current Delta card. Why PC to it?

This one has the AF of $55....but is this considered as the Employee Credit Card? Well, CSR doesn't know that well....he keeps reiterating "Employee" and I keep reiterating "I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE"

If you look at the transcript above, i told him that I wanted to know if i can PC or upgrade to Delta Platinum (before AF hits $195 after May 1) or Reserve...he said no and mentioned the "Employee" Card.
