I had the card since 2004, started at 725 CL and stayed there til 12/2007 and went to 1200 upon a cli request initiated by me. They denied me probably 3 or 4 times since then and this morning they did the bump to 2400 on request. I haven't pull any reports since, so I don't know if they pulled at all. The account has a 0 balance. It was instant, I mean there wasn't any delay at all for the approval so I would guess that there wasn't a pull at all, the "system" probably had it pre-approved if one was requested. IMO
