Land Contract and FICO score

I bought a home on land contract two years ago. The land contract is recorded. I have made the payments on time. Someone told me that I could pay the credit agencies to record my 24 months of mortgage payments and this will boost my FICO score.
Has anyone done this? Is there a fee? How much?
I need to boost my FICO scores so I can apply for a credit card and refinance my home.
I applied for a mortgage refi and the banker said my FICO was 573.

Re: Land Contract and FICO score

Never heard of paying a CRA to report...
Good Luck.
