I checked my mail yesterday and found an invite to apply for the Chase Slate. Why does Chase keep soliciting my business? I don't like them!
Ask them if you can refer a friend.

i dont think they know/care that you hate them they just send it to people... but the slate is not a bad card IMO i got it with a 0%apr for 15 months my first major prime card with an APR like that i was so happy
If you really want to stop getting cc offers, you could opt out. I did that last year when I joined the forum. Sometimes it would be nice to get some offers in the mail, but this way I'm not tempted and only app for the CCs I want. And hopefully it prevents the CRAs from selling my info to JDBs. I don't think there's a way to opt out from Chase directly, but you could try calling them and telling them to stop sending you solicitations in the mail.

I like getting offers. It feels like they're asking me out to the prom and I get to say "no" every single time.
Makes me feel prettier.

I opted out as well. I love getting offers but I have a skeleton in the closet or two that I don't want resurfacing. Btw I do like Chase so I'll gladly take your Slate lol.
Unless one is actively expanding his credit portfolio, I'd always opt out and have my CRs frozen.

Hate em!
For the folks that dislike Chase, care to explain your reasons why you hate them so much? Just curious, I have a card coming in the mail from them soon and would like to be on the lookout if you have a bad experience with them.
