Legit or Not? Opt-In for Pre-screened Offers

At one point in time, I believe I opted out of pre-screened offers.  How do you opt back in to receive pre-screened offers?  I found a website but it wants my SSN and DOB for obvious reasons, but I was wondering if anyone had experience with the following website:

Or if there is a different website you have used?

Yep, same site that gets you out gets you back in.
