Greatly appreciate the knowledge here. It definetly eases my mind a bit. To answer the question as to how high it bumps up. I paid all cards down to zero except for one that I kept at around five percent. I noticed about 75% of the lost points instantly return. I will keep you updated on how it progresses.
My main concern was that this could be potentially damaging for extended periods of time, similar to a late payment.
