My scores are in the 580 range. I have an auto loan that's 11 months old, no lates. My Orchard I just received, they haven't reported yet. I have about 5 baddies from about 6 years ago. I'm just starting fresh. So I'm thinking there is more bad than good...
I know it's no fun...oh trust me, I know it's no fun, but I would suggest that you wait for the orchard card to report for about 6 months to build some positive history. Be sure to PIF most of the time and the other times let a small balance report. Don't pay anything late, at all....a new late is almost always going to tank your scores. In about 6 months check your scores again and see if you are above 600. If so, I'd try maybe Cap1 or Hooters, but try the site whogavemecredit.com or a do a search on here and find out what the minimal scores seem to be and who they will pull in your area before applying. Knowledge is power, so try to do your homework before apping. You don't want to waste inquiries on denials, that's even less fun.
The other thing you can look into is secured cards, maybe with your current bank. This is a much better option than First Premier. I think BofA is a bit strict even with their secured cards, but possibly your own bank or a local credit union. Atleast with a secured card, you get the money back at the end, unlike the rebuilder cards that charge a fortune and keep your money!
