First Premiere is very expensive card with horrendous terms, so you need something better.
I assume you got First Premiere because you have very bad credit. If so, I suggest Public Savings Bank secured card. It has good terms and no credit qualifications. Open with as much as you can afford and start using it. Wait 6 months and look for your next card.
