Lost Card Glitch on CR?

The other day, I got an alert that my credit score had shot up to 771!  What!?!?  The next day, it dropped back down to a 733

I should have applied for a car loan or something quickly!  Anyway, the alert corresponded to an alert that my BofA credit card was reported lost or stolen, seemingly.  I logged in and checked my account, and there is no record of this...

Not sure the point of this thread.  Should I worry about clarifying this, or is it of no consequence?

What CMS are you using  ?   Are you carrying a balance on this card ?  Otherwise I don't think that a FICO score shouldn't be affected by closing out an account.

Oh, sorry.  Forgot to mention in the OP that this was with FICO Score Watch.
