Loving Citi & Hoping for CSP in a few months

Just got instant approval on Citi Forward for $7K! This is my second Citi card & both have high CLs. 9 months ago I couldn't get approved for anything & I didn't have a single open indiv. credit card acct on any of my reports. Stupid me didn't realize that using my mom's Amex as an AU & paying all the bills wasn't doing anything to estalish my credit (aside for artificially inflating my AAoA.)

In April my paid tax lien hit the 3 yr mark & Citi sent me a pre-approved offer for their ThankYou card- got approved for $13,200! I honestly thought it was a typo & thought thry meant $1,320. 2 months later Chase sent me pre-approval for Foward (which was always on my wish list) & they approved me after I called in to verify address info. Last week Amex approved me for Zync ( backdated 10 yrs.) Now Citi approved me for a 2nd card at $7K- I'm really stoked. I owe everything to Citi- first bank to give me credit in yrs.

If you're looking for high CL & your reports don't contain baddies I would suggest applying for a Citi card. They were super generous with me.

One of the reasons I opted for a 2nd Citi card instead of a card fro a diff. Issuer is that I'm planning to app for CSP in a few months & I want to have multiple accts w/ $5K CLs & I figured Citi would prob give me a good starting CL.

Do you think I have a shot of approval if by the time I app my credit profile looks like this:

4 open accts

Oldest acct 10 yrs ( showing 3 months of payment history)

Newest acct 2-3 months

3 accts opened within 6 months

AaoA 2.5 Yrs.  (did I figure it out correctly?)

Overall util <30%

CL's: $13,200, $7,000, $3,100 (Chase)

No loans/mortgages

Inquiries: TU- 2, EX -2, EQ-1 (within past 12 months, higher if they count the ones within 2 yrs)

Baddies: TU- paid tax lien $350, 4 yrs old

EX- $57 collection from public library (that I keep trying to dispute, Amex didn't even mention it in their BCP denial letter/reasons)

Citi Thank You $13,200 - Chase Freedom $3,100 - AMEX Zync NPSL (init. ability $17.5K) - Citi Forward $7,000 - AMEX BCP $6,000 - USAA Rate Adv $15,000 - USAA World MC $12,000 - Discover More $4,000 - Amex Hilton Honors $4,500 - Amex SPG $2,000 - Barclay's Priceline Rewards $6,400 - Chase Sapphire Pref. $7,500

Lol. I don't think it's really affecting my score since it's a 763. Plus, on IdentityMoniter's explanation of my credit score it specifically states that I always pay my bills on time & don't have any collections, even though the library thing is listed on my report under collections. I guess soring doesn't really give that much wait to collections from outside accts. I honestly don't understand how it's on my credit report in the first place since you don't open up a library card with a soc sec number. Plus it's not even my acct but no one will listen to me. I don't think Chase will care about it but since it is on 1 of my reports I figure I'd include it in my profile.
