Low APR Credit Card

Hello FICO family,

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a low APR credit card.  I'm open to credit union credit cards.  However, I don't have any military affilations, so NFCU, USAA are out.  Any help is much appreciated.

you would be eligible to join Addison Avenue FCU which is a solid CU that currently offers one of the lowest apr platinum cc currently 5.24%

they aren't pushovers but perhaps not as tough as pen fed for eg.
