I opened Lowe's 11/11/2012 and it reported 11/11/2012!!! The 3500 limit has helped my utilization! I'm now at 8%, and should be much lower in the next few days as two more zero balances will report!

You got that straight. Not only did they not waste time reporting, they also reported my opening balance as I used the card immediately to buy appliances for my new house. OUCH! Score dropped like a rock. Oh well, at least it will improve with time.

Def a better strategy to open the card first then use it after it reports if you can.
Mine reported next day as well!

I am so glad that I didn't use mine yet. Now it gives me time to use it if I wish, and have it paid off before it reports again!
