I was wondering if anyone has had this exerience. Two weeks ago, I bought carpet and installation and was able to take advantage of 6 month promotional financing for no interest. Yesterday I recieve a email with new "spring" promotional financing that would have given my purchase 18 months.
Would it be possible to have Lowes honor the new promotional financing on my previous purchase since it is only two weeks ago? If it was an item I would just return and repurchase, not something I can really do with carpet and installation.
Should I approach lowes in store about this or lowes credit services?
