I have $1500 with Lowes. Lowes is backed by GE and give better CL's most of the time over HD. Citi backs HD.

I had a lowes and hd charge off are they forgiving?

Citi is not forgiving and more than likely your blacklisted. GE is a toss up, if its really old you may be good. Only way to know is to app.

they are both from 2009 and i had a ge account with p c richards that was inclued in bk in 2005

It's not looking good for GE either....Smiley Sad

If you can burn an INQ on TU try GE, if I had to guess your on their naughty list for awhile.

i also had a walmart that was paid on time never late in good standing do they re open or no

I got approved for Lowes back in July with a $650 CL. They pulled TU which was 651 at the time. I have 2 other GE backed cards.
