Re: Luv button for Citi Retail cards?

I thought all of the CBNA store cards were always HP.  On the confirmation screen after entering in the amount you'd like and income, all of the cards I looked at the past year (Best Buy, Home Depot now closed, NTB now closed, and Shell) had the specific "you agree...credit bureau report..." language.  (Only hit OK for wife's Best Buy that I am an AU on ($2k to $10k!) and Home Depot (denied as always year after year - closed it and got a Lowe's with a starting limit 12x as much)).

Citi's wording will specifically state "a credit bureau report will not be obtained and you'll receive a decision instantly" or something very similar when it's a SP.  CBNA store card inquiries have always been TU for me, while Citi credit cards have been wither EX, EQ, or both.  Congrats on the CLI!
