I just got off chat w/them and found out that an upgrade costs 1 HP against Experian.  She wouldn't give me the cutoff score.  Hope this helps someone.

they don't hp, they use the report on file from ex.

700+ most success.

Doesn't it report as a new TL too? That affects your AAoA... unless I'm getting confused with the Walmart upgrade.
