Not to be off topic. I had Crap One for over 4 years. Starting cli was $750 then a year and 1/2 ago got bumped up to $1750 automatically. If I ask for a cli will that be a soft pull or hard pull. Never late.

Re: MY CAP1 EXEC. CALL--UPDATED!--

There was one person who went from $500 to $8000. They got a letter in the mail and just got a $7500 CLI, thread is on here somewhere.

I actually went from $500 to $5,500 a couple of years ago. I was stunned.

I was checking my account online, then all of a sudden I saw the $5,500 cl.

I received a letter about a week later.

Lol, I called up the No Hassle Rewards department today and was told the bonus was only for new customers, WAAAAH! :'(

But on a positive note, I did speak with a very kind southern woman who was fluent in the english language, didn't read off of a script, and was not by any means Peggy.

I went from $1400 -> $6400 on my Cap1 Visa last year... I about fell out of my chair!

That was an interesting conversation, gettnthere, and I hope that what you were told is true. We all know that they do, indeed, lose a lot of customers who have rebuilt their credit and need to move on. Wouldn't it make sense that they'd want to keep them? We'll just have to wait and see.
