you shouldnt have any problems getting a unsecured card from them, the will probably start you off with a $500 cl I started with a cap 1 secured card with only a $49/$200 and two months later I was approved for a no hassle cash back with $500 the wont graduate your cards you will have to app every time you want a better one

this thread has answered all my questions and has convinced me to get a cap 1 secured card. i have a low credit score and was going to fund 200 to get the card but i didnt know if they would let me increase the limit. CITI wont let you do that.
