They say you need to be 4+ yrs out of BK, but I'm not sure if that still applies if they weren't IIB.  I'd call that backdoor number and ask.   The worst they can say is "no" to recon

I called the back door number just now. They said I have to be 4+ years post BK - even if they weren't included in the bankruptcy
