Macy's Blacklisted?

I had a Macys and a Rich's account.  Richs was bought out by Macys in 2003 or so. 

I had about a $900 bal on my Richs and $300 on the Macy's when they were charged off.  I didn't make settlements on either.  My DOLA is 12/2001.  Think I can get a new one?

Where I was 8/22/08 TU 581 EQ 554 EX 615
Where I am 7/30/09 EX 737 (FAKO) EQ 689 TU 745
Can't wait to see what my scores will be when all my accounts hit the 1 year mark!

If you didn't settle, they have record.  Whether they will approve you for new credit, let us know if you app.
