I called Macy's today to find out why my CR is still showing a $24 balance when I have PIF, well to my surprise while listening to my recorded account infomation, my $100 CL has gone up to $400 I'm pretty happy seeing that I just opened this account last month. The CSR told me that they report to the CRB 7-10 days after the account holders billing, so I'll wait a few days and pull my CR again to see if it has changed. This increase will definitely help with my ratio.

Woo hoo!
Just called Macy's and got a $600 CLI - went from $600 to $1200. Got the card in August, have made over $500 in charges on the card (PIF'd of course) and did one major purchase for 3 months no interest (separate trade line)
LOVE Macy's - and that is where most people are getting their presents from....
CLIs in the last month totaled over $4k for cards - most without asking!
Just goes to show, PIF and on time, it WILL pay off!
