I checked my TrueCredit reports today and clicked the window for more information on my accounts. To my surprise, both of my Macy's cards limit had increased significantly.
This July, I asked for an increase of my regular Macy's from $750, they increased it to $1,000. My old Hecht's card which is now owned by macy's was $450 and I asked for an increase. They only gave me a $100 increase. Today, the main Macy's limit was increased to $2,000 and the Hecht's Macy's ion now $1,000.
The Hech'ts Macy's I use and pay, I only average a $8 balance for the last 4 mths. The higher limit Macy's was $400 and I have paid it down to $180. I'm really seeing how this game is played.
Also, Cap1 which jacked my interest from 14.78% for no reason to 28% lowered it for no reason again without sending me a letter to 14.78%. I pay online 3-4 times a month (love their website.)
