the address isn't verified on any of my banks record so I don't really choose bill pay option. I think my card might get closed by them for inactive so long

Id give your bank a call. You should be able to send citi a payment from any bank. Just to make sure call macys and ask for a payment address. That's all I can suggest. Go buy a pair of socks if you are concerned about inactivity.

Glad to hear you did this. It will benefit you in the long run after all the things that have been going on at DSNB. I closed both Macy's and Bloomingdale's because DSNB (and quite frankly, the customer service end of both stores) is a disorganized mess.
