Is it a soft or hard?
Last October I requested a CLI and it was a HP on EX only.

Have you called Macy's to see what they are currently willing to approve on your card?

The automated system will now tell you your Guideline currently on the store card... soon the limits will show on credit reports again too
I have always had soft for CLI on both Store and Amex.

What did the automated system say? Just wondering.

You just call the number on the back of the card and choose the option or whatever that tells you your balance and the automated system will tell you at the end that you have "up to 1 million dollars available" blah blah blah. You never talk to a CSR.

They just don't know... I would ask for Supervisor or hang up and call back... It will be a hard if they hit the wrong button!!!
