If Citi educates its customers about using credit wisely, it will save them from having so many default accounts. Taking preventive actions can save banks money in the long run.  It takes spending money to save or make money.

I agree with you there   Unfortunately, they are not the only ones not sleeping these days, a lot of their customer are not either.

A lot of their customers who's not sleeping shouldn't sleep anyway.  They're the ones who carry large balances. Rather than sleep, those customers should pick up a part-time gig.
